In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "superlh," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the superlh online gaming platform and its operators, accessible at superlh.net.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the superlh platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a user on the superlh platform.
• "Platform" refers to the superlh website, mobile interface, applications, and all services offered therein, including but not limited to slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and exclusive games such as Tower and Super Wheel.
• "Funds" refers to any Philippine Peso (₱) balance held within a user's superlh account, whether deposited, won, or credited as a bonus.

• "Philippine Gaming Regulations" refers to all applicable laws, rules, and guidelines governing online gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines, including those issued by PAGCOR.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — the certified technology used to determine game outcomes on the superlh platform.

By accessing the superlh platform in any manner — whether by browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, or claiming a promotion — you are indicating your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and superlh.

Acceptance is also implied when you tick the checkbox on the registration form confirming that you have read and agreed to these terms. You must not proceed with registration if you do not agree to every clause contained herein.

Access to and use of the superlh platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You must meet all of the following criteria to use superlh:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gaming regulations. superlh strictly enforces this age requirement without exception.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots, and automated accounts are prohibited from registering.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gaming platform or national self-exclusion register applicable in the Philippines.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a superlh employee in a role related to platform operations, game integrity, or customer support.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. The use of false identities, fictitious names, or another person's identity is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

superlh reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of superlh services, you must create a registered account. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) superlh account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. All information provided must be current, complete, and truthful.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. superlh strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. You must notify superlh immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. superlh will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, superlh may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Accepted documents include a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, or PRC ID. Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account registered in your name) may also be requested.

All transactions on the superlh platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). superlh supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment options may be available; refer to the cashier section of your account for the current list.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your superlh account promptly upon confirmation from your payment provider. superlh does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as published in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by superlh's finance team. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes to a few hours during operational hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. superlh reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your superlh account details.
• Third-party withdrawals — sending funds to another person's GCash, bank account, or e-wallet — are strictly prohibited.
• superlh reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or resolution of a bonus wagering requirement.
• Funds that have been deposited must meet minimum activity requirements (at least one real-money wager) before a withdrawal request can be submitted, as a measure against payment processing abuse.

superlh offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and game-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms outlined at the time of the promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions below.

• Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso (₱) and are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible accounts that meet the specific criteria of each promotion. One bonus per household, IP address, and registered account applies unless otherwise stated.
• superlh reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to adjust or remove bonus funds from any account if it reasonably suspects that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Wagers are typically deducted from real-money balances first, unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

All games available on the superlh platform — including live casino, slots, sports betting, bingo, sabong, Tower, and Super Wheel — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or game section. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, the individual game rules prevail for that specific game, except where these Terms specify otherwise.

7.1 RNG Fairness

All superlh games that rely on random outcomes — including slot games, virtual games, and RNG table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG has been tested and certified by an independent third-party auditor to ensure that all outcomes are genuinely random, statistically fair, and not influenced by any external factor, including the size of a bet or the identity of the player.

7.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software failure during a game session, any bets placed during the affected period may be declared void and the corresponding wager amounts returned to the player's account. superlh's decision regarding the outcome of any game affected by a malfunction is final. superlh shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and other events — are settled in accordance with superlh's sportsbook rules. Pre-match and live betting are available subject to market availability. superlh reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error or settled on the basis of incorrect information.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the superlh platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing eligibility requirements.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software tools, bots, AI-assisted automation, or any other technical means.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported to superlh support immediately.
• Money laundering or using the superlh platform as a vehicle for any illegal financial activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant Philippine anti-money laundering authorities.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing superlh staff members or other users through any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your superlh account to another person for any reason.

All content on the superlh platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game names, game interfaces, button designs, promotional materials, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the intellectual property of superlh or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the superlh platform for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any superlh content without express written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any superlh software or game.
• Use the superlh brand name, logo, or trademark in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any superlh content or intellectual property.

The superlh name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks constitutes infringement and may be subject to legal action under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, superlh and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the superlh platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, superlh specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings resulting from platform unavailability, game malfunction, or technical errors beyond superlh's reasonable control.
• Data loss or corruption resulting from your use of the platform or any third-party service integrated with the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by internet outages, natural disasters, government-ordered shutdowns, or force majeure events.

superlh's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your superlh account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

superlh is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core operational value. We recognise that while online gaming is a form of entertainment for the majority of our players, a minority may develop problematic gambling behaviour. superlh provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a defined period of active play, helping you maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.

superlh reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion if there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the user with their payment provider.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory directive from PAGCOR or any other relevant Philippine authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by superlh for operational or regulatory reasons not attributable to user misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.

12.1 Account Closure by User

You may request the closure of your superlh account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being met. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

superlh reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, superlh will take reasonable steps to notify registered users — this may include a notification banner on the platform, an email to your registered address, or a notice upon your next login.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page under "Last Updated." It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the superlh platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.1.

superlh will not apply retroactive changes to these Terms in a manner that materially disadvantages users in relation to transactions already completed at the time of the amendment.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the superlh support team. Most issues can be resolved quickly and to your satisfaction through direct communication with our customer support team, which is available in Tagalog and English, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

14.2 Regulatory Complaints

If you believe superlh has acted in a manner inconsistent with Philippine gaming regulations, you may submit a complaint to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority. superlh fully cooperates with all regulatory enquiries and investigations.

14.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
